This Coffee Shop Store Manager opportunity is based in the Chesham/Beaconsfield area working for a global brand, providing an excellent platform for you to lead your team and be successful. Experience in coffee shop environments is ideal although not essential. Hospitality Management experience is a must. Progression opportunities come in the shape of multi-site management and possible area manager roles.
Duties/Responsibilities
-You will be the face of the operation - you can shape the site in your image and lead your team to success in the way you choose. You can do this by:
- Being a fantastic leader through engagement and inspiration of your team.
- Leading from the front, leading by example and demonstrating a hands on approach.
- Displaying a passion, energy and focus towards customer service.
- Coaching and instructing your team to maximize performance ensuring all performance targets are achievable.
- Training your team to the highest standards, empowering and providing the necessary tools for them to achieve their personal goals.
- Celebrating success with your team. Building rapport and keeping them involved.
- KPI Control - developing strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensuring you plan the right people in the right place at the right time through accurate and intelligent scheduling.
- Ensuring your team are sufficiently capable of running your site in your absence where the standards do not drop.
- Supporting the wider community. Raising the profile and reputation of your site, your team and yourself.
- Being creative and thinking outside the box - ways to entice and keep customers coming back!
