As an Assistant Manager, you will be overseeing the daily running of the site, supporting your Centre Manager in managing the team, providing fantastic engagement and inserting positive energy into the site. You will be spearheading all the financial and customer strategies within the site.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Working with the Centre Manager, develop key business strategies and be a key driver behind this.
• Coach and develop your team, inspiring high level of customer service.
• Key driver behind progression and development within the site.
• Operate your site through the customer’s eyes ensuring they are at the heart of everything you do.
• Supports all internal recruitment and scheduling.
• In the absence of the Centre Manager, oversee and be responsible for the running of all day-to-day aspects of the business.
• Role model for inspiring leadership and customer service, setting examples to all around you.
• Manage all cash and stock control, working closely with financial targets and KPI’s.
Skills/Requirements
• Ability to step in and run the business in the absence of the general manager, dealing with all operational customer related circumstances.
• Inspirational leader.
• Passionate about engagement, development and customer service.
• 12 months experience in fast paced, customer facing role.
• Smart business acumen with the ability to develop and implement successful financial strategies.
