As a duty manager, you will be managing the overall day to day running of the operation, leading your team from the front through passionate engagement, an inspiring way of working and a dedication to providing a brilliant customer experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Coach and develop your team through passionate engagement focusing on customer experience.
• Responsible for creating a brilliant customer service culture.
• Being able to cope in a challenging and demanding workplace where customer experience is your focus.
• Work as part of the management team to develop key financial strategies to move the business forward.
