As a Store Manager, you will be overseeing the daily running of the site, supporting your team, providing fantastic engagement and inserting positive energy within your colleagues and customers. You will be spearheading all the financial and customer strategies within the site.
Duties/Responsibilities
• As the Store Manager, develop key business strategies and be a key driver behind this.
• Coach and develop your team, inspiring high level of customer service.
• Passionate lead for progression and development within the site.
• Operate your site through the customer’s eyes ensuring they are at the heart of everything you do.
• Responsible for all internal recruitment and scheduling.
• Oversee and be responsible for the running of all day-to-day aspects of the business.
• Role model for inspiring leadership and customer service, setting examples to all around you.
• Manage all cash and stock control, working closely with financial targets and KPI’s.
Skills/Requirements

• 18 months experience in fast paced, customer facing role.
