CCTV Engineer with IT / Security Systems Support

Leading security solutions house requires new engineer to join an existing team commissioning and supporting the companies range of CCTV surveillance equipment and software.
The Role:
Preparing software and equipment for dispatch - installing apps, service packs and drivers, configuring bios, profiling and installs including some testing, system checks and documentation work.
Assisting with Commissioning - working on-site and remotely to trouble-shoot network issues and connectivity problems
Providing Telephone Support - Taking fault reports call logging, fault identification, providing info, configuration changes etc.
Returned and Repairs work - on work stations and servers, replacing components etc.
Setting up Demos for customers
Required Skills and Experience:
Good standard of education including some IT essential - IT graduates or graduate calibre candidates are particularly welcome
Good written and verbal standard of English including Maths and English to GCSE level at minimum
Knowledge or experience of as much as possible of the following:
CCTV technology installation and support
Windows OS support
SQL Knowledge
TCP/IP networking
Firewalls
RAS and VPN
Storage
Video Streaming technology inc MPEG.4
Knowledge of PC components including Hard Drives, Memory, Graphics Cards etc
