Salary: GBP20000 - GBP25000 per annum + doe + commission

Business Development / Telesales / Sales Executive / Account Management - Bristol Based role

£20,000 OTE to £25,000 depending on experience + Commissions

THE ROLE

The Telesales / Sales Executive will develop on-going business relationships with B2B clients, maximising call activity, re-activating lapsed, warm and potential customers, increasing sales in territory and optimising the sales potential of every account by a combination of telephone activity, mailshots and email. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop relationships with existing and new customers
  • Optimise business growth through effective communication - telephone, email, letter etc.
  • Canvass new businesses to meet monthly targets of new accounts
  • Proactively call customers to promote group companies and grow sales profitably
  • Liaising with customers on order progression / stock availability / lead time
  • Providing customers with clear and accurate quotations
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide relevant information
  • Record accurate responses to all contacts made on business territory / client database
  • Cover customer enquiries efficiently and effectively (and in absence of colleagues)
