IQA / Quality Manager £35,700 to £40,800 p.a. + benefits
The Role
As IQA / Quality Manager you will be responsible for quality assurance & improvement, and manage the self-assessment process & improvement plan for English, Maths and ICT in this top training company. You will ensure delivery models are fit for purpose and lead to an outstanding learner experience. Duties include:
- streamlining processes to ensure learners achieve Functional Skills within planned timeframe
- reviewing / evaluating the impact of processes & practices
- working with the Head of Functional Skills to deliver agreed targets on pass rates
- overseeing quality assurance plan for delivery of Core and Essential Skills
- supporting / driving standardisation & CPD strategy
- producing sector SAR & managing quality improvement process

The Person
As IQA / Quality Manager you will have an assessor qualification (e.g. CAVA / IQA ) or a teaching qualification ( min. level 3 ). With experience in delivering & quality assuring functional skills ( English / Maths / IT ) you will also have:
- experience in managing quality cycle processes
- ability to write reports
- ability to work to targets / strict deadlines
