Telco / Telephony Project Manager (contract role) to £400 per day d.o.e.
Based: near St Albans
Immediate opportunity for experienced Project Manager to roll out new telephony implementation ( RingCentral ) in newly transitioned business
The Role
As Telephony Project Manager you will project manage the roll-out, testing and delivery of a new company-wide RingCentral implementation with responsibilities including:
- Lifecycle telecoms project management
- Implementation / delivery / troubleshooting / training etc.
- User Acceptance Testing ( UAT )
- Stakeholder management of colleagues / suppliers / project team etc.

The Person
As Telephony Project Manager, you will be able to evidence previous experience in a specific telephony implementation project, working as part of a wider IT Programme including Network concepts and technologies. Specific knowledge of RingCentral software and systems would be highly desirable. You will also have:
- strong project management and delivery skills
- excellent knowledge of cloud based communications / telephony solutions
- experience conducting UAT projects / system testing
- experience deploying to end users & training delivery
- experience of managing 3rd party suppliers delivering telephony solutions
