The Role
As Leadership Development Trainer you will be responsible for delivering, coordinating and evaluating the company’s leadership development programme. Your responsibilities will include:
- developing and delivering inspiring internal L&D courses to meet training needs
- managing the company’s management on boarding programme
- liaising with HR on management development opportunities / personal development plans
- supporting line managers to become skilled coaches to develop teams
This role is field based, with national travel involved.

The Person
As Leadership Development Trainer you will be a qualified teacher / coach / trainer with proven expertise in an L&D role, and experience designing / delivering learning interventions within management capability. With a sound knowledge of L&D theory & best practice your will also have:
- excellent communication / facilitation skills
- ability to use technology to aid learning (Word / PowerPoint / Excel )
- experience working in high demand environments, to targets & tight deadlines
- ability to inspire / influence
