Call Centre Operator – Central London – up to £25,000 p.a. depending on shift pattern

The Role
Using state-of-the-art, on-demand mobility technology the Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor will act as liaison between the business, the drivers, clients and passengers. You will be an integral part of the 24/7, 365 days a year customer, driver support and dispatch services, and your role will be key to maintaining a high standard of customer care and developing a reputation for service excellence.
You must be able to work one of the following shifts Monday to Sunday 40 hours per week (inc. Bank Holidays): 7.00 am until 3.00 pm, or 3.00 pm until 11.00 pm, or 11.00 pm until 7.00 am. (5 days working, 2 consecutive days off)

The Person
The ideal Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor will have previous experience of working in a call centre environment with a good understanding of call centre processes / procedures and an excellent telephone manner. You will also have:
- experience dealing with a high volume of inbound / outbound calls
- knowledge of latest technological updates of dispatch systems / driver units
- experience in handling and resolving queries
