ResourceLink HR Analyst for market leading HR & Payroll solutions business in Birmingham

The Role

As ResourceLink Analyst, you will support the operations of the business with customer driven and business change. You will act as the system configuration / system design resource to design and deliver configuration changes within the software. You will also support other systems & processes underpinning the operations service. Responsibilities include:

• making impact assessments following customer change requests
• scoping & costing change requirements
• delivering configuration changes in ResourceLink
• providing support to deliver changes following upgrades
• delivering transformational / internal project change
• unit testing configuration changes

Our client is a market leading provider of HR business solutions, consultancy and payroll services using HR Technology and Outsourcing Best Practice to support their clients.

The Person

As Change Analyst, you will have some experience in a previous HR / software related role. With both change management / governance experience and commercial awareness, you will have knowledge of ResourceLink and/or other HR software systems, services etc. including operational, configuration skills and system design & architecture. In addition you will have:

• payroll operations experience
• good organisation skills / ability to work to time pressures
• strong internal stakeholder management skills
