Exciting opportunity for Customer Service Coordinator to join growing business in Bristol

The Role

As Customer Service Coordinator you will provide support and coordinate all administrative activities across the organisation.  Acting as the main customer contact, supporting & maintaining excellent customer service your responsibilities will include:

  • handling all incoming customer queries, professionally and effectively
  • recording / maintaining accurate information on business systems
  • building positive relationships with internal / external customers
  • coordinating External Quality Advisor (EQA) activity
  • assisting with production of financial / management reports
  • delivering against agreed personal & functional KPIs

The Person

As Customer Support Coordinator you will have previous administration experience in a similar role providing support to a busy team.  With excellent customer service experience and/or skills you will also have the following skills:

  • ability to use MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • experience managing multiple tasks & priorities
  • excellent written and verbal communication
