The Role

As Apprenticeship Assessor / Trainer you will support, motivate and coach work based learners to maximise their full potential, delivering the Early Years apprenticeship framework. Your responsibilities will include:

  • monitoring / reviewing learner issues on a regular basis
  • delivering balanced KPI’s / complying with Ofsted guidelines
  • maintaining relationships with learners / clients / business support teams
  • contributing to ad hoc cross sector/function projects

The Person

As Apprenticeship Assessor / Trainer – Early years, you will have Level 3 childcare Qualification and relevant / recent vocational experience in a childcare setting. An assessing / teaching qualification would be advantageous. With experience of the Early Years curriculum framework (EYFS), and of operating within WBL / education / CYP environment you will also have:

  • strong communication / self-motivation skills
  • a passion for training, motivating, working with others
  • high energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

This role is home and field-based and requires your own transport to travel within your region.
