Sales Coordinator / Administrator in leading manufacturing company in Coventry
The Role
As Sales Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the Sales Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- producing quotations & processing customer orders
- arranging transport for orders
- processing customer samples
- liaising with other departments / dealing with internal mail
- maintaining / filing customs documentation
- assisting with preparation of monthly sales reports / maintaining sales database
- maintaining an effective filing system

They are the global leader in sealing porosity and leak paths in die-cast, sintered and electrical components through the supply of impregnation sealants, impregnation process equipment and impregnation service centres. The Person
As Sales Coordinator you will have relevant administrative experience in a similar role. You will also have:
- excellent communication and administration skills
- ability to work in busy environment as part of a team
- IT literate ( Microsoft ) e.g. purchasing / quotation systems
- knowledge of import / export shipping / procedures / documentation
- knowledge of a second European language ( advantageous )
