Mortgage Administrator needed for independent Bristol based broker
The Role
As Mortgage Administrator you will provide support to advisors to ensure the efficient and professional processing of mortgage applications and mortgage progressing. Your responsibilities will include:
- dealing with telephone / email enquiries / correspondence
- maintaining digital and filing systems / client files / customer database
- arranging meetings / appointments & maintaining office diary
- maintaining records / registers
- raising invoices
- liaising with product providers / mortgage lenders
- assisting with client financial reports / letters
- maintaining office supplies

With offices in Bristol, Bath and Exeter, they offer expert independent mortgage advice with a personal touch, with over 25 years’ experience.
The Person
As Mortgage Administrator you will ideally have experience in a similar mortgage administration role, although full training will be offered to the right candidate. With a working knowledge of E-Keeper / Mortgage Keeper software and excellent communication skills you will also have:
- a customer focused attitude
- ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- an understanding of client Fact-find documents
- experience with taxation documents / simple accounts
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
