The Role

As Accounts Payable Supervisor you will lead a small but growing finance team, building and improving P2P processes.  This is a hands on management role dealing with the day to day invoicing functions of a busy finance department with responsibilities including:

  • maintaining the Idocs PO system within the SAP B1 environment
  • creating appropriate P2P controls / streamlining accounts payable procedures
  • ensuring payment cycles are strictly adhered to with no overdue payments
  • accurately managing monthly closing of financial records and month end information
  • regular reviews with team to review progress on objectives / workloads / performance

The Person

As Accounts Payable Supervisor you will have some relevant experience in a similar role with the ability to lead a small team to drive and lead change initiatives.  You will also have:

  • experience of SAP / SAP B1 system
  • attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • a strong customer service focus
