The Role

As HR Manager you will focus on the development and delivery of a broad range of HR deliverables with a Talent and Organisational Development bias. Working closely with directors, managers and the business, you will lead the HR team to drive a culture of career development and achievement with responsibilities including:

  • developing talent in line with changing business needs
  • leading organisational change and succession
  • development at all levels / alignment with reward
  • performance and management development
  • management of apprentice and graduate recruitment strategies

The Person

As HR Manager you will have a relevant HR or business qualification (e.g. degree, CIPD etc.) and be familiar with both Talent & Organisational Development agendas within a design / manufacturing / production / engineering and/or distribution culture. Further competencies required include:

  • strong team working and communication skills
  • sound project management and delivery approach
  • able to build strong internal / external partnering relationships
