The Role
As Fitness Tutor you join a successful training business as a Learner Support Tutor. Office based, you will work with learners and deliver quality teaching on a remote basis. Your duties will include:
- planning / delivering individual & group coaching sessions with remote learners
- creating innovative online content for remote learners
- supporting assessors with workbook submissions
You will be PT qualified ( Level 3 ) - a teaching / assessor qualification is not crucial as you will get the opportunity to gain this.

The Person
As Fitness Tutor you will be PT qualified ( Level 3 ) and have relevant experience in this field. With a proven ability to generate innovative and engaging teaching content you will also need:
- excellent IT skills
- ability to work to tight deadlines / targets, and to be flexible in approach to work
- strong communication & self-motivation skills
