Quality Manager for successful Bristol based Printing / Packaging Company
The Role
As Systems Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of manufacturing systems and production (printing, cutting, creasing, gluing etc.) are maintained and ensuring quality goods are delivered through the plant to customer at all times. Driving site based Continuous Improvement initiatives, your responsibilities include:
- overseeing total quality of goods prior to customer despatch
- maintaining BS and ISO quality systems and processes
- management of customer feedback and complaints process
- building / maintaining strong customer relationships
- data collection / analysis for CI, Lean, root cause analysis etc.
- project management of all quality investments and initiatives

Our Bristol based client is a leading provider of printed packaging board and cartons to a wide range of UK and international blue chip companies.
The Person
As Systems Quality Manager, you will have previous experience in a similar role in a modern manufacturing, engineering or production environment, utilising modern methods and statistical tools, with proven experience implementing Lean and/or CI initiatives. You will have strong communication skills and be able to deal with colleagues, customers and issues, professionally and responsively, combined with and an excellent knowledge of ISO9001 quality systems, processes and procedures.
