The Role

As Account Manager / Engagement Manager you will join the Hospitality Sector of this successful training company, based in the field supporting employers with the successful delivery of their apprenticeship programme. Client focused and proactive, your responsibilities will include:

  • supporting employers with nominations process / management of Apprenticeship Service
  • delivering training / information / guidance to employer managers & stakeholders
  • supporting apprentice recruitment activity / campaigns
  • ensuring client’s needs are met through high quality training / excellent customer service
  • optimising client engagement across all areas of business, products & services

The Person

As Account Manager you will already have experience working in a training organisation and/or in Hospitality / pub management.  With knowledge of the WBL environment and proven sales & business development experience you will also be able to:

  • develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
