The Role
As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the team providing an excellent account management service to a portfolio of accounts. You will inspire your team to deliver an exceptional service, achieving agreed business targets and developing excellent client relationships. Your responsibilities will be:
- management of a team of Key Account Managers
- forecasting and delivering internal operational targets
- creating annual account plans for account portfolio
- ensuring effective delivery across Accounts and operational teams
- managing the performance and development of a remote team

The Person
As Senior Account Manager you will have experience of operating in a senior account management role developing business across a portfolio of accounts and managing staff in a target driven environment. You will also have:
- experience developing / maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- experience of project management disciplines
- ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
- excellent negotiation and influencing skills
