The Role

As Partnership Account Manager you will build and manage relationships with clients to maximise engagement and profitability of key customer accounts. Managing the overall service to the client, ensuring their needs are met through the operational team’s delivery of tailored high quality training and excellent customer service. You will also work closely with the business development team to help grow the Health division.

The Person

As Partnership Account Manager you will already have a track record in account management and relationship / business development, with some occupational experience of the health / care sector or working with the NHS.  With the desire to work in a fast moving, entrepreneurial and friendly environment supporting the NHS / Health sector you will also have:

  • excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • an approachable and flexible attitude / ability to work with employees at all levels
