Senior Property Manager for rapidly expanding commercial and business property venture

The Role

As Senior Chartered Property Surveyor you will oversee the design and delivery of largescale capital investment schemes ensuring retailing is at the forefront. With an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to business development you will deliver strategic growth and full commercialisation of the portfolio with responsibilities including:

  • supporting design work / preparing tenders to ensure designs maximise value
  • lead large scale investment projects ( mixed use retailing & external commercial development )
  • ensuring business plans have engagement of managers / directors / stakeholders
  • creating a sustainable partnership platform to introduce new investment
  • site surveys ( measured / condition ) defect analysis & quality monitoring of construction work
  • oversee negotiations, heads of terms, dilapidation surveys, tenant audit, rent reviews etc.
  • provision of accurate budgetary information and periodic income forecasting.

The Person

As Senior Property Manager you will be RICS qualified with experience of property law and IT / CAD property systems. With exposure to large-scale property management and a proven track record of financial delivery in property management you will be a leader, influencer and team player.
