Are you an agile, data-driven expert?  Data Analyst needed for fast paced role with London based on demand mobility technology company

The Role

As Data Analyst you will be responsible for using your curiosity, expertise in SQL, data visualisation, statistical tools and modelling. You’ll make an impact on KPIs, harvesting data focusing on operations ( supply team / call centre / dispatch team ). Your responsibilities will include:

• identifying root cause of data issues / providing resolutions
• day-to-day operational reporting and data visualisation
• providing insight into program health and recommending action plans
• conducting deep-dives / applying data science techniques to gain understanding of problems
• recommending actions & driving implementation of those actions
• developing models for evaluation / implementation of new strategies
• executing analytical projects ( data gathering / manipulation / synthesis / modelling )
• evaluating product performance / strategy and contributing ideas to product roadmap

The Person

As Data Analyst you will have experience in a data analyst / business analyst / statistical analysis role, and a relevant qualification ( Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Business ). With excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, a pragmatic approach to getting things done, and strong project management skills you will also have:

• knowledge of SQL, Excel / Python / R / SAS
• knowledge of PowerBI / Microstrategy / Qlik / Tableau
• ability to operate in an agile way, in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• a customer focused approach
• ability to operate strategically & tactically in a high-energy environment
• self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
• familiarity with data science techniques
