Head of Retail Property Strategy for rapidly expanding commercial and business property venture

The Role

As Head of Retail Property Strategy you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the company’s retailing strategy. Applying an innovative, dynamic & entrepreneurial approach to business development you will deliver strategic growth / commercialisation of the commercial property portfolio with responsibilities including:

  • analysis of trading performance to ensure property portfolio is aligned to business objectives
  • identifying, developing & delivering new business opportunities / new technology
  • review roles, responsibilities & structure of teams / managers to meet retail plan
  • relationship / partnership development, to drive revenue & enhance customer experience
  • promotion of cross functional team working to develop alliances to drive the bottom line
  • promoting / applying innovative and entrepreneurial approach to portfolio development
  • engage in performance reviews / strategy planning

The Person

As Head of Retail Property Strategy you will have a Business Management qualification with solid customer sales / operational management experience in a similar role.  With proven experience developing strategies and leading cross functional teams to deliver results you will be a strategic and analytical forward thinker with entrepreneurial skills.
