Based: Bristol

Enthusiastic sales / customer service advisor required for rapidly expanding training business.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive Sales Executive / Customer Service Advisor in Bristol to join an innovative apprenticeship sales team and deliver outstanding customer service and results.

The Role

As Customer Service / Sales Executive, you will have daily contact with existing client companies to promote and sell apprenticeship training solutions.  You will be given all the training you need to understand and develop sound product and service knowledge so you can provide advice and support to the clients. 

Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls to existing customers, promoting product benefits, identifying those which suit the customer best and maximising potential to upsell services. The Sales Account Executive will work across a variety of sectors including fitness, retail, hospitality, care etc. signing up prospects to courses and/or arranging visits for the company’s Regional Trainers.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Service / Sales Executive will have excellent communication skills and telephone based customer service experience with previous telesales / selling experience. With excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner, you will be a self-starter, responsible for achieving your own targets.

You will need to keep the internal CRM system up to date so good IT skills are required including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
