Exciting role in Bath for eCommerce / Online Retail Sales Manager
The Role
With responsibility for maintaining and overseeing the daily management of the E-commerce sales platform to deliver profitable growth for the business, you will develop site traffic, conversion rates as well as overseeing product supply chain. You will manage all elements of Online Retail Sales with responsibilities including:
- Evaluate strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer engagement
- Develop sources of traffic: video content, email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, and social media
- Work with internal developers to ensure sites remain responsive and functional across all devices
- Manage SEO presence to maximise visibility, merchandising and sales
- Source and purchase products exploring new opportunities for growth across the 4 brands
- Manage the product range, stock levels and success stories including NPD process
- Oversee online stores, fulfilment operation and customer services functions
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to improve customer acquisition / retention rates

The Person
You will have a strong background in sales across digital / online / E-commerce platforms selling to a highly engaged customer / fan base and working with third party suppliers and supply chain management. You will have a solid understanding of E-commerce technology, experience with content management systems, e.g. Magento 2, Yieldify, Google Docs, Google Analytics etc.
As a team player, with a hands on approach and strong negotiating, business analysis and communication skills, you will understand performance tracking tools and have a keen eye for detail. This role is ideal for anyone with a keen interest in cycling, sports, fitness and leisure activities.
