THE ROLE

As Customer Service Administrator you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing administrative support for the wholesale & retail teams. Delivering professional customer service at all times your responsibilities will include:

  • dealing with customer queries – over the phone and via email
  • order entry into stock management system
  • taking orders over the phone or email and accurately recording them
  • processing returns & credits efficiently
  • maintaining accurate stock levels on the website
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • acting as front of house point– greeting customers & visitors

THE PERSON

As Customer Service Administrator you will have experience in an office / customer service / administration environment, and be well organised, reliable, independent, honest and motivated. With a passion for impeccable customer service and the ability to learn fast and to thrive in a dynamic environment you will also have:

  • excellent communication skills ( verbal and written )
  • good computer literacy ( Outlook, Word, Excel )
  • excellent attention to detail
  • an interest in the sustainable / ethical message and fashion

You will be required to work a rotating weekly rota of 3 shifts as follows: 8am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5.30pm or 10.30am – 7pm.
