Experienced Business Systems Manager required for successful textile importer & distributor in North London
The Role
As Business Systems Manager, you will work with the business teams to coordinate systems for integrating stock forecasting, purchasing, good inwards, stock control, sales, dispatch & logistics etc. Working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, your responsibilities will include:
- EDI / IT Support / system development & implementation
- purchase order / stock forecasting and control administration
- supplier and customer costing and pricing controls
- merchandising - supplier / import / stock arrival controls
- warehousing / goods inward / outward orders and processing
- management information reporting with IT / warehouse / stock & purchasing teams

Our London based client is one of Europe’s leading importers and distributors of quality textile products from around the world. They operate from two 25,000 sq.m+ warehouses and their own dedicated sourcing offices / fulfilment centres in China and India.
The Person
As Business Systems Manager you will have experience in ERP Accounts systems ( SAGE / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics NAV etc. ) within a logistics, distribution and/or warehousing environment. With good project management skills you will also have:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- good IT implementation and systems skills
- a logical / organised / methodical approach
