The Role

You will provide marketing, lead generation and campaign support for the design and delivery of B2C acquisition campaigns and communications across the widest variety of channels both on and off-line. You will be responsible for: 

• supporting and delivering engaging marketing campaigns ( digital / email / mail / web )
• developing / managing candidate applicant communications & applicant database
• driving lead generation through business & social media digital channels / B2C leads
• managing supplier relationships to deliver school engagement plan
• making regular presentations / producing reports as required

The Person

As Marketing Executive you will have a relevant qualification ( Marketing / Communications ) and experience within a B2C marketing lead generation role, preferably within a recruitment, candidate, jobs board or education environment. You will also have:

• knowledge of CRM / E-campaign / ClickDimensions etc.
• a passion for digital marketing & a creative mind
• an analytical approach ( databases / data analysis )
• experience of B2C lead generation / CRM / multi-channel marketing
• business and social media e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc.
