Resourcing Advisor                 Bristol  ( 6 month fixed term contract )            £26k to £28k + benefits

The Role

As Resourcing Advisor you will join a small, talented HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract to support managers and drive the company people strategy. You’ll develop relationships with stakeholders / colleagues / third party suppliers providing support and advice on the best way to fill vacancies. Managing campaigns and assisting hiring managers to identify the best talent in the market your responsibilities will include:

• acting as first point of contact for hiring managers / candidates / agencies
• supporting direct advertising campaigns to increase direct hires / employer brand awareness
• managing candidates via targeted search and approach / talent pools / social media campaigns
• development of key attraction activities ( social media / talent pool engagement campaigns )
• managing speculative applications / talent pools to increase direct hires and time to hire
• responsibility for all resourcing management information, data and insights
• creating on brand adverts, newsletters, social media posts

This is a 6 month fixed term contract

The Person

As Resourcing Advisor you will have previous experience within a recruitment / resourcing role.  With experience across the full end to end lifecycle of recruitment - plan, source, screen, select and secure, and of using ATS platforms you will also be experienced in the following:

• using multiple advertising platforms
• interview skills, assessment tools and competency based questioning
• building strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders
• working in a challenging role
