We are looking for a  network engineers. You will need to speak fluent French and ideally some experience within a helpdesk/ network environment. The position will support French customers monitoring networks and resolving issues.

This is a night shift 4 days on 4 days off 7pm through to 7am. Salary is £19,000 - £21,500 + 20% shift allowance.

• Data Centre activity
• Systems Monitoring
• Raising tickets and notifications
• 1^st line diagnostics
• 1^st call to customer in case of an alarm
• New line verification/validation
• Execute email requests
• Restart services
• Planned work admin
