The Company

Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service/Credit Officer who is resilient, confident and can work within a busy team environment. You’ll be working for a highly successful organisation focused on service & quality and committed to a supportive team environment. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be a reliable and seasoned Credit professional with a strong work ethic.

The Role

This is a temporary position for someone who can commence ASAP. This role will see you responsible for a team based ledger. Your duties will include however not limit you to

  • High volume calls
  • Handle/Resolve customer queries – dispute resolution
  • Distributing invoices, receipting, raising credit and processing of payments
  • Resolve payment discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email

The Candidate

You will need to have intermediate excel skills and experience using a large ERP system. You must have excellent customer service skills and possess good verbal and communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy will see you succeed in this role. We are looking for those that can articulate their achievements and genuinely, be reliable and resilient.

People from a high volume banking customer service environment are highly recommended to apply.
