I am looking for an strong minded, passionate and forward thinking CTO with a wealth of experience to lead my clients product to the next level. The role based in London and is an great opportunity with a fantastic innovative and forward thinking company.
The right CTO will be looking to take the next step in their career and to take ownership of an existing driven development team. You will be working with and guiding the existing development team to create the best possible solutions and direct the product to create an innovative experience. You will be a pivotal part of the team helping shape the direction of the projects at hand, you will be a leader and will look to generate excellent results. The right candidate will be very hands, will have lead small teams in the past and will be an expert in React and Node.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a hands on / managerial role
- Strong JavaScript and relative framework experience (React / Node)
- Strategic thinker
- Experience building engineering teams (Recruitment)
- Proven track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders, development team plus other company functions
- Proven tech product development experience in Mobile and web
- Be a proven leader who provides results.
