Automotive Field Quality Engineer
Main Objective
- Improve CS/RS Claim index, field investigations for quality monitoring at customers sites throughout the UK.
- Monitor field claims in UK market
Key Tasks
- Dealer Investigation's, carry out investigation and assist with repair in dealer workshops for quality monitoring and reporting (45%)
- Monitor dealer orders and claim data using AMOS & QMS (35%)
- Monitor GSW for cases of interest, focussing on CS/RS claim criteria (5%)
- Respond and assist to MQE requests in a timely manner (5%)
- Carry out PDE Centre visit's, inspection and claim preventative repair/reporting (5%)
- Investigate CS/RS Claims and upload phone surveys (5%)
