A vacancy has arisen for a Site Foreman / Junior Site Manager to work on an Auckland based project.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- General assistance of the Site Manager
- Carpentry works on the tools
- Managing subcontractors
- Management of on-site materials
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Assisting to prepare site reports
- Assisting with H&S management
To be successful in this role, you will ideally need a Carpentry qualification and some form of exposure to a management role ideally within Commercial Construction.
