With the time approaching quickly for a high profile, $60million project set to begin amongst others, they are in need of a highly experiencedSite Manager capable of managing a team of Site Managers/Foremen.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Site Managers/Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
In order to be successful with your application, you must have a proven track record as a Site Manager and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver structural envelopes on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to management of on-site staff.
