Based in Auckland city fringe, this professional, commercial construction company has had a constant flow of projects up to $15million in value. They have an impressive client list and projects include: Education, Food and Beverage, Service stations, Industrial, warehouses, etc.
A vacancy has arisen for a loyal, professional Site Manager to join this organisation and enjoy a working environment that is ‘second to none’. With a 45-hour week and working Saturdays being a rare requirement, there is an extremely attractive package on offer also including a vehicle, phone and laptop.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
A high level of repeat business and a very high staff retention shows this company really value its staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience at Site Management level working on NZ commercial projects and above all an attitude in line with company values.
