Site Manager | Commercial (BBBH1935) Auckland, New Zealand
Having completed almost 100 commercial projects in a relatively short period of time, this main contractor is going from strength to strength.
Projects have included infrastructure, commercial builds, education/healthcare, sports/recreation and many other high complexity projects.
As a Site Manager, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Site preparation prior to commencement
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Overseeing subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Managing H&S
In order to be successful with your application, you must have a proven track record as a Site Manager and a minimum of 3 years Site Management experience.
