Based out in West Auckland and firmly established as a market leader over the past 10 years, this company covers a wide range of projects including Commercial, retail, residential apartments, large format warehouses, education and also have a large interiors division.
Their successful interiors division continues to grow and cement an excellent reputation in the market. A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Site Manager oversee various interiors projects.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
Previous Site Management is desirable for this role as is experience delivery projects of a similar type.
