Site Supervisor | Fit-out (BBBH4651) Auckland, New Zealand
This specialist fit-out company continue to build on their excellent reputation and 15 years experience in the Auckland market. They are responsible for a number of fit-out projects throughout the region within the following categories: Office, Hospitality, Retail, Education, Medical and Refurbishments.
They have an immediate need for a Site Supervisor to come on board and assist with the delivery of projects.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising and coordinating with subcontractor's
- Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors
- Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed
- Oversee and manage Health and Safety
- Ensure site works are being performed in accordance to policies and plans
- Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works
- Receive and review shop drawings
- Any other duties as directed by the Contracts manager
You will ideally have some exposure to managing commercial fit-out sites and an ability to work unsupervised.
