Site Manager | $30million Apartment Block (BBBH2228) Auckland, New Zealand

They are now in need of an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery and completion of a high profile, $30million Auckland city fringe apartment block.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- The general day to day running of the site
- Resolving any issues on site
- Maintaining all site documents and records
- Co-ordination of all materials on and off site
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Liaising with the client, project managers and sub-contractors
The ideal candidate will need to present and communicate in a professional manner. Prior experience at Site Manager level and a proven track record of establishing on-site relationships is essential for this role.
