With over 4 years of work secured, Franklin Smith are assisting this ‘award winning’ company with the recruitment of a Quantity Surveyor. The role will include:
- Review of tender documentation
- Tendering of sub-trades and materials
- Measuring and take-offs
- Pricing and estimation
- Contract administration
- Procurement of subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Cost control, budget monitoring and reporting
- Progress claims variations and payments
- Processing, negotiation and agreement of final accounts
- Liaising with project manager, clients, architects and other key stakeholders
To be successful in your application you will have a proven track record of cost management of commercial sites up to $30million in New Zealand. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
