With unique aspects of the business differentiating this company from its competition, projects consist of; High density residential, Apartments, Childcare, Commercial, Car yards with their sweet spot being projects $5-20million.
They have a need a Project Manager to come on-board and join their high performing team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing the delivery of projects
- Overseeing/managing a large site-based team
- Reviewing specifications and plans
- Management of schedules and programming
- Interaction with architects, engineers and consultants
- Ensuring project budgets are adhered to
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders
