General Manager

A perfect time to be coming on board with this innovate company taking the interiors market by storm.

Projects fall under the ‘fit-out’ umbrella and include commercial, hospitality, office retail and anything else in between.

Due to increased growth and a strong project pipeline of projects, a need has arisen for a General Manager to come on board and work alongside hands-on directors.

Reporting into the Managing Director, the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing all Auckland operations
  • Management and mentoring of the delivery (Project Management) teams
  • Management and mentoring of the commercial team
  • Promoting and developing the brand
  • Ongoing training and leadership of staff
  • Business development
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget
  • Implement structure and systems
  • Ensuring commercial targets are met
  • HR and recruitment
  • Managing profitability
  • Ensuring the highest possible safety and quality standards are met

This is a key role within the organisation and therefor needs someone who has several years experience in the Construction/Interiors industry and experience in a similar role.
