Projects fall under the ‘fit-out’ umbrella and include commercial, hospitality, office retail and anything else in between.
Due to increased growth and a strong project pipeline of projects, a need has arisen for a General Manager to come on board and work alongside hands-on directors.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing all Auckland operations
- Management and mentoring of the delivery (Project Management) teams
- Management and mentoring of the commercial team
- Promoting and developing the brand
- Ongoing training and leadership of staff
- Business development
- Ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget
- Implement structure and systems
- Ensuring commercial targets are met
- HR and recruitment
- Managing profitability
- Ensuring the highest possible safety and quality standards are met
This is a key role within the organisation and therefor needs someone who has several years experience in the Construction/Interiors industry and experience in a similar role.
