This company have long been at the top of the pile within New Zealand construction. Whilst boasting one of the largest teams in the country they have still maintained a strong culture and staff retention is high.
The project range in vast and covers everything in the commercial construction space, values are up to and over $100mil in value.
They have a need for an experienced Construction Manager to come on board and be an integral part of their continued growth, leading a large team of operational staff including Project Managers, Site Managers and Foremen.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience managing projects more than $50million
- Experience managing multiple projects
- An advanced user of MS project
- Established relationships in the Auckland market
- An ability to generate business from these relationships
- Experience in design and build
- An ability to positively affect the strategic direction of the business
- A proven record of leading and developing staff
- Ideally a relevant degree qualification
This role will suit somebody currently in a Construction Management position or a Senior Project Manager/Project Director with a proven work history in the Auckland market looking to make a step up.
