Project Manager (BBBH4308) Auckland, New Zealand
With well over 50 years experience working on projects throughout the New Zealand construction industry, this is a market leading medium sized, main contractor. Projects range across Commercial/Industrial, high end Residential, design & build and remediation.
The project pipeline is vast and growth is rapid. The core focus is commercial projects in the $2million to $25million range and the need for a Project Manager to come on board to deliver these projects has arisen. A role that will be the highlight on any CV.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Developing and building relationships
- Setting strategy and programming
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly experienced and passionate Project Manager with experience in previously managing high profile commercial projects. You will need to be highly self-driven and have a knack of building strong relationships in order to maximise commercial performance.
