An opportunity has opened for an experienced Site Manager.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of the construction site on a day-to-day basis
- Ensuring the project runs according to schedule
- Overseeing the site team
- Reporting progress
- Managing variations
- Overseeing subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Managing H&S
- Marinating relationships with architects, engineers, consultants etc
You will need prior experience in managing commercial construction sites up to $20million in value. A trade background is preferable and a relevant qualification would be advantageous.
