There is a need for an experienced commercial project manager to join the Auckland team.
If you are a proven main contractor project manager with a number of commercial design and construct projects under your belt, who is inspired to deliver an exceptional customer experience then this is the role for you.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure a culture of safety occurs on-site.
• Manage and oversee the delivery, to ensure projects come in on programme and budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team tasked with the on-site delivery.
• Ensure established quality assurance procedures are adhered to.
• Enforce best practice and adhere to company policies.
• Provide regular internal and external reports to both customers and your division manager.
• Manage the turnover, margin and cash flow of your projects.
• Report financial results and QA requirements to division manager as required.
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with the client and capitalise on opportunities that fit the strategic plan for the division.
• Effectively communicate relevant program information to division manager.
• Ensure projects deliver superior solutions to the customer.

To be successful in your application you will have a proven track record of delivering commercial projects up to $20million in New Zealand. In addition, you will have a strong business acumen and excellent communication/organisational skills.
