Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
- A high level of programming
- Managing a Quantity Surveyor
- Quality management
- Overseeing the site-based team
- Setting and maintaining an efficient strategy
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Developing and building relationships
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety
This is a very large-scale residential project, so commercial construction experience is preferred as is knowledge of commercial construction contracts.
